Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation windows

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel:

• More than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
• Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.

2. No-shows and early departure

The full stay is charged in case of no-show or early departure, with no refund for unused nights.

3. Changes to your dates

We will always try to accommodate a change of dates, subject to availability and at no extra cost if requested more than 14 days before arrival. Write to us at booking@palmleafmogan.com.

4. How to cancel

To cancel a booking, write to booking@palmleafmogan.com with your booking reference. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable refund by email.

5. Force majeure

In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as travel restrictions or natural disasters), we will offer a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra cost.
