Booking terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to any booking made directly with Palm Leaf Mogán, operated by ABX Destinasjonsutvikling AS, for the property at Calle Escalada de Las Brisas 12, 35139 Lomo Quiebre, Puerto de Mogán, Gran Canaria.

2. Reservations and confirmation

A booking is provisional until the deposit shown at checkout has been received. Once paid, you will receive a confirmation by email. The balance of your stay is due before arrival, as shown at the time of booking.

3. Prices

Prices are shown per home and per night, in euros, and include the services described on the relevant home’s page. Prices may vary by season and length of stay, and are confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times, arrival instructions and the ninety steps up to the houses are covered on the practical information page. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

See our cancellation policy for the refund terms that apply to your booking.

6. House rules

• Adults only.
• No parties or events.
• Please respect the neighbours in this residential street.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the homes.

7. Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the home during their stay and for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear. The number of guests must not exceed the capacity stated for the home booked.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
