• Contact details: name, email address and phone number, submitted through our contact and booking forms.
• Booking details: arrival and departure dates, number of guests, home requested, and any message you send us.
• Payment information, processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details ourselves.
• Basic browsing data (such as pages visited and device type), collected through analytics cookies, only with your consent.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We process your data to reply to enquiries and manage bookings (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request), to comply with legal obligations such as guest registration with the Spanish authorities (legal obligation), and, where you consent, to measure how our website is used (consent).

4. Who we share it with

We share booking details with the payment provider that processes your payment, and, where legally required, with the relevant Spanish tourism and public-security authorities. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry or stay, and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax, tourism and consumer-protection law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format, by writing to booking@palmleafmogan.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
