MOGAN
Four reasons, not a list of amenities

Why people come back

01 · The view

The harbour, from above

The finca sits on the slope where the plantations used to be, looking straight down over the old port and out to the Atlantic. It is the reason the terrace is where it is, and the reason most guests never make it out for breakfast.

02 · The whole house

Six bedrooms in the historic centre

Accommodation of this size inside Puerto de Mogán itself is exceptionally scarce. Most large-group searches end up in Tauro or Amadores, or split across unrelated apartment units. Here, three homes are taken together as one house: everyone under one roof, each family with its own front door.
03 · The restoration

Restored, not replaced

Stone walls, lime plaster and travertine. The old doors and windows were kept where they could be kept and rebuilt where they could not. Nothing here was chosen from a catalogue, which is also why no two rooms are quite alike.

Preserved history

The things we kept

Three details that were already here when the house was bought. They are the reason it still reads as part of the village.
Placa de La Virgen del Carmen

La Virgen del Carmen

The plaque on the wall was left exactly where the fishermen put it. She is the patron of the port, and in July the whole village walks her down to the water.
Rueda del molino antiguo

The old mill wheel

From the days when the slope was still worked land. It sits in the garden, unmoved, doing nothing in particular.
Puertas y ventanas originales

The original doors

Canarian timber, stripped back and rehung. Where a frame was past saving it was copied, not modernised.
The Palm Leaf Standard

The same six things, every stay

Whichever home you book, and whether there are two of you or twelve, these do not change.
01

A full kitchen, not a kitchenette

Every home is self-catering in the real sense. Cook for six or walk down and let the village do it.
02

Private outdoor space

A patio, a balcony or a roof terrace of your own, on top of the shared terrace and the view.
03

Adults only

No children, no groups looking for a party. It is the policy that keeps the place as quiet as the photographs suggest.
04

Cleaned to one standard

The same team, the same checklist, in all three homes. The cleaning fee is stated per property before you pay.
05

Someone local, reachable

No reception, but never nobody. Arrival is arranged personally and there is a number that a person answers.
06

Told straight

The ninety steps, the minimum stay, the arrival days. All of it is on the website before you book, not after.

Booking direct

Straight to us

The same calendar the platforms use, without their commission on top. What you gain by booking here is specific, so here it is in full.

No platform commission

The rate here is the direct rate. We do not claim to beat every price on the internet, only that nobody takes a cut of this one.

40% now, the rest later

A deposit confirms the stay. The balance is paid closer to arrival, not the day you book.

Free cancellation up to 14 days before

Plans change. Up to a fortnight before arrival, cancelling costs nothing.

Longer stays cost less per night

The discount is applied automatically at the thresholds shown with the price, no code and no negotiation.

A person who knows the houses

Ask which home suits your group, or whether the steps are manageable, and you get an answer from someone who has climbed them today.
Good to know before you search
Direct stays run from a minimum of six nights, arrivals are on Saturdays and Sundays, and a cleaning fee applies per home. All three are shown before payment.
